Eric leads all investing activities for Parking Advisors’ subsidiary, Parking Advisors Infrastructure Investors. With a career spanning over $3 billion of transactions, he specializes in the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing and asset management of property investments with a focus on parking-related assets, often in the context of larger mixed-use projects.

Prior to Parking Advisors, Eric worked at an Oaktree subsidiary that invested in parking assets across the U.S., where he was a Senior Vice President of acquisitions and asset management. Eric has also held senior roles in acquisitions and asset management at Shorenstein Properties and LaSalle Investment Management where he worked across many sectors including office, medical office, retail, industrial, multifamily, student housing and data centers.

Eric earned an MBA with Distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Real Estate and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

A 30+ year industry professional, Mark has over 20 years of experience driving parking asset performance and developing large scale parking operating and asset management platforms.

Prior to forming Parking Advisors, Inc., Mark served as Vice President – National Property Operations for Equity Office Properties Trust, where he developed and executed initiatives that drove company profitability while changing industry convention. Among his accomplishments, Mark created $500+ million in value across the nation’s largest single-owner commercial parking portfolio. Mark earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the School of Architecture at Miami University (Ohio).
